Position - Officer - Microbiology

Experience required - 2 to 4 years

Job Description

1. Environmental monitoring/ area qualification of process area (Air sampling & settle plate

methodology).

Environmental monitoring/ area qualification of process area (Air sampling & settle plate

methodology).

2. Routine testing of RM/FG/Stability/Foils/ Water samples.

3. Daily Sampling of water samples.

4. Calibration/validation of microbiology instruments/Equipments

5. SOPs preparation

6. Training management in Micro

7. Culture Management:

• Culture Procurement

• Culture handling & storage

• Passage/ slant preparation for routine use

8. Media management:

• Indenting/ Labelling/ Storage

• GPT (Growth promotion test)

• Media destruction

9. QMS Elements:

Change control/ CAPA/OOS/Trend preparation/ Deviations/Risk assessment

10. Media preparation, Documentation activities, Water testing etc

11. Analytical reporting & documentation of performed testing

12. To perform hold time study for Media, cultures etc.

13. To perform validation study of disinfectant efficacy.

14. To perform the analytical method validation of microbiology testing methods.

15. Trending of water sample and area monitoring results

16. Additional Job responsibilities given by Head QC as per the requirement
