Role & responsibilities

• Generating invoices and account statements

• Performing account reconciliations
  
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  
• Producing monthly financial and management reports
  
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
  
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis
  
• Collection on accounts by sending invoice reminders and communication with customers via phone
  
• Supporting the month end process

Preferred candidate profile

Good Communication skills

Comfortable for 8:30 PM-5:30 AM shift timings(MON-FRI)
