Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with Marketing team to qualify leads from marketing campaigns and other sources as sales opportunities.
2. Initiate conversations with prospects, Craft personalised messages to capture interest and spark meaningful interactions.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to book qualified meetings or demos with high-potential leads.
4. Maintain CRM accuracy with regard to lead information.
5. Gather insights from conversations with leads about their challenges, needs and work with Marketing to refine messaging and solutions.

Requirements

1. 1-2 year proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role (as full time employee or internships).
2. Hands-on experience with sales prospecting techniques.
3. Track record of achieving sales targets.
4. Experience working with a CRM.
5. Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
