Business Development Manager - Commercial Real Estate

- Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the Commercial Real Estate sector.

- This individual will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and fostering relationships with clients, brokers, and industry professionals.

- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial real estate markets, strong sales acumen, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify & Pursue Opportunities: Develop and execute strategies to identify and capitalize on new commercial real estate business opportunities, including leasing, sales, and property management.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry partners to drive new business and repeat sales.

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand emerging trends, competitors, and client needs, positioning the company as a leader in the market.

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets, expand the company's market share, and maximize revenue opportunities.

- Collaboration: Work closely with client ,builders,internal teams such as marketing, leasing agents, property managers, and legal departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and deals.

- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to stay updated on market trends, expand the company's visibility, and build valuable industry connections.

- Reporting & Presentations: Prepare regular business development reports, presentations, and proposals to senior leadership, providing insights into market performance, client feedback, and potential growth areas.

Key Qualifications:

- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in business development, sales, or client relationship management in commercial real estate or related industries.

- Strong understanding of business development ,corporate sales, commercial property markets, including trends, pricing, and regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

- Results-driven with a track record of achieving business growth targets.
