What your current role should be like ?
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring growth, scalability, and compliance with labor laws and workplace policies.
- Design and implement robust HR frameworks, including workforce planning, performance management, and scalable talent acquisition strategies, leveraging proven headhunting skills to attract top-tier talent.
- Foster a workplace that reflects company values by developing engagement programs, leveraging HR analytics to identify gaps, forecast needs, and refine strategies for organizational development.
- Build a dynamic and adaptable environment by embracing startup challenges, navigating evolving business models, driving results, managing corporate communication, ensuring responsible onboarding and separation, with integrity as the utmost priority.
- Be hands-on and possess a strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should have experience in tech startup backgrounds specifically from payments, fintech, One-Click Checkout, or D2C commerce entities.
What will you do ?
- Develop and execute talent strategies to drive growth, including identifying and pursuing new talent opportunities and employee performances.
- Work with senior management to review performances, salary benchmark, and talent spotting across the organization.
- Manpower and budget planning for the HR function.
- Handle legal general affairs matters, such as working contracts, permits, building licenses, and Collective Labor Agreements.
- Ensure compliance for all levels of the organization.
- Create and develop training and learning programs that support the needs of the organization.
- Partner with business leaders to consolidate HR strategies with the company's business strategy.
- Provide guidance and HR consulting services related to HR programs and policies, encompassing every aspect of HR.
- Gather trends and analyze data to discover needs for improvement, to identify gaps and priorities in order to develop effective deliverable HR programs across scopes: Talent Management, Compensation & Benefit, Organization Development.
- Manage overall organization's HR practices whilst consistently leveraging HR function to deliver sufficient HR services.
- Design and implement engagement programs tailored to enhance company culture and retain top talent. Ability to measure engagement impact through data-driven methods.
- Oversee and ensure a seamless onboarding process, including induction plans and cultural assimilation strategies for new employees.
Requirements:
What do you have ?
- Master degree in Human Resources from premium national or international universities.
- Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition and headhunting for competing businesses within specified industries.
- Candidates must possess 6+ years of experience in building early stage start-ups, particularly in the technology sector.
- Must be comfortable working in an early stage to growth stage company and should be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Have a proven track record of success in previous roles and have worked in a similar setting, such as a pre series A-B company will be a plus.
- A leader who takes fun in taking risks and understands that taking calculated risks is necessary for growth. They should have the ability to balance risk-taking with sound decision-making to build something innovative and groundbreaking.
- Experienced in building HR systems and policies from scratch, including manpower planning and a comprehensive understanding of HR disciplines like Organizational Development, Employee Relations, and Culture & Engagement.
- Understanding of the local HR regulations & policies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, provide strategic advisory services, and drive impactful solutions.
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver on commitments.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven and analytical approach to proactive decision-making.
- Strategic thinker who understands business opportunities to create a competitive advantage.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to multi-task with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, patience, perseverance, and determination to succeed against all odds.
