Role & responsibilities

COMPLIANCE

Day - to - day Checking of all applicable Compliance of the Company and its manufacturing units;

Giving training to the New Joiner of the use of Compliance software used by the Company

Co-ordinating with Industrial units and responsible of obtaining all Registrations/ Certificates;

Ensuring all the statutory Registers, Returns are updated and filed in time and updated in the

Compliance Software;

Ensuring all the statutory payments are being paid in time and the Challans are captured in the

internal Compliance Software;

Providing the proper explanations and submissions of documents to Internal Audit, Stat. Audit

and Sec. Audit;

Preparation of MIS and periodical intimation to the Management about the Non-Compliance

made in the Manufacturing units;

Co-ordinating with Government Departments when and wherever applicable;

Visiting the Industrial Units whenever required for completing the Task

IPR / TRADEMARK

-Following up of the Trademark Journal in weekly basis and Reporting the Management about

the similar nature of TM application/ Registrations.

-Following up of the current pending applications and take necessary actions for registration

thereof with the TM Attorney;

-Online Search, making application, reply of the objection of the Registrar, Reply to opposition of
Trademark;

-Preparation of MIS of Registrations, Applications, and status thereof.
