ServiceNow Developer - Customer/Scoped Applications (5-12 yrs)

Job description :

- Senior ServiceNow Developer with 5 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet our business needs.

- They should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and development best practices.

- ServiceNow Custom App / Scoped Application ( total exp in ServiceNow should be 5 yrs with 1 year relevant experience in Custom app /Scoped app

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.

- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.

- Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts within ServiceNow.

- Perform platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks as needed.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for ServiceNow solutions.

- Stay current with ServiceNow releases, new features, and industry best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards.

- Should be at least CAD certified.
