Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor

Role & responsibilities

Preparation of BOQ, Tender documents and specifications, Costing, Project Management, Rate analysis, Quantity Surveying, site supervision, project management, bill checking and certification, co-ordinating with various agencies for proper execution of work, for commercial, corporate office interior projects.

Preparing various documents for project management such as work progress report, time schedule, gantt chart etc.

Co-ordinating with clients and services consultants. Site coordination and vendor interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have Diploma in Interior Designing / Civil Engineering with minimum 4-9 years of experience in Commercial office, corporate interior and Civil projects.

Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and MS Projects.

Should have knowledge of preparing & managing cash flow, bar charts, BOQ, Tender documents, Costing, Rate analysis, Quantity Surveying.
Preferably worked with Architect / in Interior design industry.

Work Experience

Experience in working on commercial, corporate office interiors, retail stores

Qualification

Diploma in interior design / Civil Engineering
