Business Development Manager

• Formulation of effective business development strategies and plans. Conduct new business presentations and meetings in line with the organizations strategy and service offerings.
• Arrange marketing materials such as press releases, product presentations, project case studies.
• Provide a broad range of marketing & communication support by research and study of target customers. Manage relations with existing clients.
• Generate new leads from various sources, maintain database in appropriate format. Build new relationships with potential clients, evaluate client needs.
• Representation at events, conferences, trade shows, research new events to attend and organize internal and external office events.
• Obtain client testimonials / feedbacks, write blogs / posts for social media handles of ASA to enhance brand visibility.
• Work closely with management by creating frequent reviews and reports

CANDIATE PROFILE

Profile Description:

• A candidate having 3+ years of experience in Business Development preferably with experience in the Architecture, Design, PMC or Construction industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skill, strong presentation and networking skills, confident and dynamic.
• Ability to take on additional Responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimum guidance.
• Ability to work with team and independently

Work Experience

• Experience in working with Architecture, Design, PMC or Construction industry is desirable

Basic/UG Qualification

• Graduate from a reputed college of design, arts and architecture or Post graduate / MBA in Marketing
