About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing precise technical drawings and documentation for interior design projects, with a minimum of 24 years of experience in residential and commercial interiors. As an Interior Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in transforming design concepts into accurate technical drawings, ensuring seamless execution while maintaining quality, functionality, and adherence to project timelines. You will collaborate closely with designers, architects, and project teams to bring creative ideas to life through precise and well-structured drafting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and Technical Documentation:

Develop detailed 2D CAD drawings for interior projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and furniture layouts.

Create and maintain technical documentation, BOQs, and as-built drawings for projects.

Maintain an organized database of all drawings and related documentation for future reference.

• Project Coordination & Execution:

Work closely with designers, architects, and project managers to translate concepts into accurate working drawings.

Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, industry standards, and project specifications.

Revise and update drawings based on site conditions, client feedback, and contractor inputs.

Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure accurate implementation of drawings. Provide on-site support as needed to resolve technical issues and ensure project accuracy.

Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is required.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.2+ years of experience as an Interior Draftsman or in a similar role.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
