Senior FP&A Analyst (9 months Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

1. SG&A Financial Analysis & Cost Management

• Analyze and monitor SG&A costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Partner with business leaders to track budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing insights into SG&A trends and key cost drivers.
• Develop and maintain SG&A cost allocation models for accurate financial reporting.

2. FP&A Process Optimization

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to assess business impact.
• Conduct profitability and cost analysis to improve operational efficiency.

3. SAP ERP & Data Management

• Utilize SAP FICO modules to extract financial data, generate reports, and perform analysis.
• Ensure proper mapping of financial transactions within SAP for accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance SAP-based financial reporting processes.

4. Data Visualization & Reporting (Tableau & Power BI)

• Design interactive dashboards and reports to present financial performance insights.
• Automate data extraction and reporting workflows using Power BI and Tableau.
• Develop KPI dashboards for tracking financial and operational performance.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple reporting systems.

5. Business Partnering & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with CFO, Finance Controllers, and Business Unit Leaders to support strategic decision-making.
• Act as a key liaison between finance and IT teams to drive automation and system improvements.
• Present financial insights to senior management and provide recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, financial modelling, and SG&A cost management.
• Strong expertise in SG&A accounting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) modules.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI for financial reporting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, VBA, and scenario analysis).
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
