- Teach courses in area of expertise
- Develop and Train students and to meet the departmental needs- Maintain an active program of research and publication, in accordance with university guidelines-Coordination with departmental, college, and university committees

Loose management that follows unprofessional practices - basically, employees can also feel free to replicate such unprofessional practices to their advantage
Unqualified teachers with no masters' degree in relevant domain label themselves as assistant professor/faculty-associate, and teach 2 credit subjects in the name of spirituality and Indian culture. These are mostly Ashram-resident employees who ruin the academics of students and try to teach without any proper knowledge and qualification.
