Senior Executive- Logistics

Core Responsibilities:

Export Documentation:

• Oversee all pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, ensuring adherence to international norms.
• Keep abreast of and leverage global export incentives to maximize company benefits.
• Implement incoterms accurately across all export operations.
• Engage with the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) to stay compliant with regulations.

Import Operations:

• Manage import processes in accordance with DTA, EOU, and SEZ policies.
• Guarantee prompt and compliant clearance of goods, maintaining strict adherence to customs laws.
• Oversee TC control shipments, including Ex-work transactions and DG handling.

Financial Management:

• Administer vendor billing and orchestrate payment preparations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure expedited payments.

Contract Administration:

• Keep up to date with annual contracts, ensuring they remain current and advantageous for the organization.
