Key skills for the job
Data Entry - Possess knowledge and application of various software applications to include HR System, Applicant Tracking System, preferably (Avature), Background Portals, SharePoint, etc Claim processing related to Job Performance. Ensure timely and accurate processing of background checks for new hires and contractors. Ensure proper completion of Form I-9 for all employees in compliance with U.S. immigration laws. Oversee the administration of pre-employment and random drug tests, ensuring compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
Reporting & Analytical Skills - Manage daily and weekly updates and exceptions on new hire onboarding to completion. Maintaining process related trackers, Managing workflow and coordination with different stake holders. Provide regular reports to management regarding compliance status, trends, or any concerns related to background checks, I-9 processes, and drug testing.
Level 1 employee query and grievance redressal - Manage centralized mailboxes to resolve various inquiries for resolution or redirection.
Open for All shifts (EST,PST and MST)
Work experience in the functional areas of Employee Relations and New Hire Onboarding and Drug Testing.
Experience working with US based companies.
