Sr. Agency Development Manager

- The Amazon India Ads business functions as a strategic start-up with support and interest from business units across the company as well as Amazon's top management.

- We are investing heavily in building a world class advertising business and are responsible for defining and delivering a collection of advertising products that drive awareness, engagement, discovery and sales.

Key job responsibilities:

- Drive Ad Sales for our Ecommerce and DSP Business

- Drive programs to enable agencies and scale this channel

- Work closely with agencies and brands to drive revenue at scale.

- Engage with CXOs/ Brands and Agency heads on a regular basis

- Partner with internal teams (Product, GTM Marketing, program, AE, CST/AM) to build training and enablement charter for the assigned agencies

- Engage with stakeholders to drive adoption and usage of various tools and publish regular reports capturing inputs.

- Ideate and build newer initiatives to scale expertise

Basic qualifications:

- Master's degree from Tier 1 B-school

- 6-12 years of post-MBA experience

- Experience in dealing with Agencies

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in dealing with Programmatic platforms

- Experience of working with Ad Tech solutions
