Selling Partner Support (SPS) is responsible protecting customers, brands, selling partners and Amazon from fraud, counterfeit, and abuse as well as empowering, providing world‐class support, and building loyalty with Amazons Retail accounts (1P).

The Selling Partner Risk (SPR) team focuses on building and maintaining selling partner trust, preventing multiple forms of seller and vendor abuse, and reinforcing customer trust in our store. SPR addresses risk from 1P accounts across three areas.
The SPR team enforces 1P account and listing policies regardless of whether they are acting alone, or in collusion with others.
The team also creates a trustworthy shopping experience to ensure that customer perceive Amazon as the safest and most effective store. Finally, SPR partners with all SPS teams to audit and ensure accuracy in our enforcement actions.
About the role

- Identifying, driving and tracking initiatives that improve the customer experience.
- Conducting analysis to isolate issues, developing solutions based on changing business priorities.
- Interacting with stakeholder teams to define and deliver solutions and establish standard processes.
- Working with machine learning and engineering teams to build the solution to mitigate to tackle ongoing issues.
- Build processes to improve the teams overall efficiency.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
