Java Lead

Required Skills:

Expertise in Microservices, Dockers Kubernetes and all latest frameworks. Should have experience of handing large scale applications.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of AI/ML model integration and deployment.

Experience -
-10-15 years of professional Application Development work experience in Web and Client Server environment, with an emphasis on full life-cycle systems development including systems design, development, and maintenance/ support using Java.
- Excellent command over relevant programming languages/frameworks/Java script etc.
-6+ year or experience as senior software developer/ team lead position.
- Work experience must span over 4 IT assignments as Tech Lead.
- Experience of handling team of at least 8 members building high performing, scalable, enterprise-grade application.
-Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills
- Capable to independently deal with clients and make solution presentations.
-Candidate having experience In MYC Architecture development will be given preference.
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.
-Working experience for government clients would be added advantage
*Candidate should have executed senior role of being part of development teams in more than 5 big projects.
- Technology benchmarking experience
- Candidate should be self- driven and capable of generating PoC (Proof of concepts} directly and through a team.
