Amantya Technologies - Python Developer - Django/Flask (3-6 yrs)

Job Summary :

Amantya Technologies is in search of talented Python Developers with expertise in the REST frameworks. The selected candidates will be based in our Gurgaon office, contributing to the development and enhancement of our innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Develop RESTful APIs using Flask and FastAPI, handling backend logic and API integration.

- Apply OOP principles (classes, inheritance, polymorphism) for structured, maintainable code.

- Develop scripts for remote server management, deployments, backups, updates, and system health checks.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as required.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Python Developer, with 3-4 years of relevant work experience.

- Strong proficiency in Python programming language and REST framework.

- Hands-on experience with Flask, including routing, middleware, and request handling.

- Knowledge of Linux environments, system administration, and automation tools like Ansible, shell scripting

- Experience automating deployments, configurations, and monitoring using Python (SSH, Fabric, etc.).

- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.

- Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
