Marketing Head

Avee Hospital, a Multispecialty Hospital, Sec -6, Vaishali, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead its marketing and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, patient engagement, and business growth.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive patient footfall and hospital branding.
• Strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, referral partners, and corporate clients to increase patient referrals.
• Organize health awareness programs, CMEs, and hospital events to engage the community.
• Oversee content creation for website, social media, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and patient needs.
• Monitor and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals and external agencies to ensure effective execution of campaigns.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

• Proven experience in healthcare marketing with a strong understanding of hospital branding and patient engagement strategies.
• Strong networking skills with experience in corporate tie-ups and referral marketing.
