Location: Pune

Preferably, good exposure on Windows server and VMware vCenter management with server Patching activities.

Preferably, good exposure on Performing vulnerability remediation on windows servers, reports from Qualys tool.

Preferably, good exposure on technical experience in Windows 2016 and 2022 server build, server performance issues and VMware s Virtual server Management using vcenter

Process Skills:

Coordinate change management process

Incident Management (follow SLA guidelines)

Effectively communicating solutions to clients ranging from technical staff to executive management

Behavioral Skills :

Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the technical teams.

Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

Should follow the shift timings (UK working hours) and On-call (Weekends and during out of UK business hours) scheduled as per activities.

Per week, minimum 3 to 4 days of working from office.

Certifications Needed:

Vulnerability remediation Tools like Qualys (training is also ok)

Microsoft System Administrator MCSA/MCSE/MCITP windows 2016 or 2022

Vmware s VCP 6

ITILv3 or 4.
