Job Description
- DocuSign Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of DocuSign for clients, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Customize DocuSign workflows to align with business needs, ensuring optimal user experience and compliance with industry standards.
- Configure document templates, fields, and routing rules for specific signing processes.
- Solution Design and Integration:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify integration opportunities and develop scalable solutions using DocuSign API and other tools.
- Design and implement custom API integrations with other business systems, such as CRM, ERP, platforms.
- Ensure seamless data flow and maintain data security and compliance throughout integration.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for DocuSign-related inquiries and best practices
- Experience in supporting the docusign platform
- Manage project timelines, communicate milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Work closely with IT, Legal, Compliance, and other relevant departments to align the DocuSign implementation with organizational requirements.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and continuously improve the solution.
- DocuSign Administrator or Developer Certification.
- Familiarity with other document management, CLM or eSignature platform
