Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, from onboarding to exit formalities, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering a positive work environment, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and exceptional organizational skills.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience in managing large teams or diverse workforces.

Key Responsibilities:


Onboarding & Induction:

  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and communicate organizational policies effectively.
  • Manage and streamline the onboarding process to ensure it aligns with the planned schedule.

Employee Life Cycle Management:

  • Oversee employee life cycle activities, including confirmations, appraisals, promotions, terminations, and exit formalities.
  • Administer full and final settlements.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and manage the appraisal system to ensure fair and timely evaluations.

Employee Engagement:

  • Plan and execute the employee engagement calendar, fostering morale and motivation.
  • Organize team-building activities, rewards and recognition programs, birthday celebrations, and fun activities.

Employee Relations and Grievance Management:

  • Address employee grievances promptly to maintain positive management-employee relations.
  • Establish and enforce disciplinary standards to minimize rule violations.

Policy Implementation:

  • Develop, update, and enforce organizational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure alignment with HR objectives.

Attrition and Retention Management:

  • Conduct employee touchpoints, including one-on-ones and skip-level meetings.
  • Identify early warning signals (EWS) and share insights with operations for proactive retention efforts.
  • Publish monthly attrition reports and conduct exit interviews.

Disciplinary Actions:

  • Manage disciplinary processes, including coaching, feedback sessions, performance improvement plans, and warning letters.

Internal Job Postings (IJP):

  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end processes for internal job postings.
  • Create talent pools and source candidates from internal channels.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Own the recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for assigned requisitions.
  • Engage with hiring managers to update job requisitions and vacancies.
  • Source candidates via job portals, consultants, headhunting, employee referrals, campus recruitment, and job fairs.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and conduct due diligence for prospective hires.

Other HR Functions:

  • Manage NATS enrollments, exits, and reimbursements.
  • Handle cases related to the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH).
