We are hiring for UDB Developer / DB2 Developer .

Experience : 4+ yrs

Location : Bangalore ( Hybrid Model)

Skill : Database developer , SQL , Distributed DB2 , Unix shell scripting

JD :

1. We need the UDB developer, having some knowledge of DBA activity as good to have.

2. Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.

3. Manage Query performance, tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability.

4. He can write complex query SQL & PL/SQL , Index, concept of run stat, table reorg

5. He should have experience with utility, run stat, rebind, reorg, load

6. DB operations DML operation, DDL operation, developer space, joins, self joins

7. Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and process improvement. basic understanding is enough.

8. Should be able to interact with DBA – in case of issues / requirement / troubleshooting.

9. Experience in data integration and migration.

10. Integration project knowledge – handling large dataset

Following skills are good to have

• Design, develop, and maintain DB2 UDB databases for enterprise applications.
• Manage database performance, tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability.
• Monitor and ensure data security and integrity across environments.
• Participate in capacity planning, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.Role & responsibilities
