Legal Executive - Recovery

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing the recovery of outstanding payments and issuing notifications to

individuals who have defaulted on their payments

• Proactively pursue the recovery of pending and disputed amounts through effective

communication and negotiation.

• Monitor and analyze accounts to identify potential risks and develop strategies for

timely recovery.

• Draft and prepare legal notices, correspondence, and other relevant documents in

compliance with legal standards.

• Work closely with legal counsel to ensure all legal proceedings are accurately

documented and filed.

• Collaborate with legal professionals to strengthen the organization's position in legal

proceedings.

• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to optimize cash flow and

minimize bad debt.

• Regularly review and update collection policies and procedures to align with industry

best practices.

• Maintain open lines of communication with internal teams and external partners to

facilitate a seamless recovery process.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any type of legal situation.
