Review investor documentation provide comments
Maintain investor documentation and KYC documents on internal drives in a organized fashion
Create and maintain investors data in the CRM
Aid the team in managing the investor services call line and efficiently direct communication to appropriate departments
Communicate escalations to management in a timely manner
Assist in posting documents on internal and external investor portals
Demonstrated enhanced understanding of KYC requirements
Demonstrate advanced email etiquette
Manage and lead Investor Services portion of weekly/monthly client calls with minimum support
Assist in maintaining SOP that meets Alter Domus and Industry Standards
Service as a back up manager for Sr Manager
Handle complex clients independently
Process and complete workload without assistance
Provide solutions in adhoc situations
Deliver monthly information for all areas of operation in line with KPIs and SLAs
Work with management, team, and client on escalations
Deliver and produce structured training for groups, associates, and new hires
Review and provide feedback on Officers and Senior Officers work
Manage Assist in leading a small team of direct reports and their clients
Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in various Investor Services topics
Assist in performance and development of direct reports
Evaluate performance and development of direct team
Resolve internal and external client escalations
Implement changes within the team to meet industry standards and growth of Alter Domus
Develop and maintain growth within the team
