JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role holder will support the Group Director, Performance & Reward in developing proposals and solutions in support of AD’s people, reward and overhead strategies to maximize the return on our annual reward investment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of the total reward framework

• Support the delivery of core reward processes including the annual reward review, job levelling and benchmarking

• Work with the reward team to develop tools to enable the team and other parts of the HR function to make informed recommendations/decisions and operate effectively

• Provide support as required including the collation of data, analysis and drafting of papers on a timely basis

• Provide analysis for the development of incentive plans that reward performance and add business value

• Develop and roll out communications for reward programs

• Support various strategic projects including research, analysis and the development of recommendations


Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate caliber/proven intellectual capability with supporting business qualification
  • 4+ or more years’ experience in a reward role, either in house or as part of an advisory firm.
  • Demonstrates drive to make a positive difference to business performance.
  • Numerate and can demonstrate clear thinking to penetrate problems & diagnose underlying issues.
  • Shows commitment to outstanding teamwork.
  • Demonstrates brilliant execution, is thorough and applies a high standard to everything.
  • Pro-active problem solving and issue resolution skills.
  • Identifies clear priorities and focuses on them and is comfortable delivering to a demanding schedule.
  • Excellent IT skills: Excel/spreadsheets, databases, Word, PowerPoint etc.
