Payments Senior Officer

Preferred candidate profile

• We are looking for Candidates with 5-8 Years of experience in to End to End Payments Processing, Money Transfers, Bank Payments, Reconciliations experience.
• Should have experience in dealing with US/UK/APAC Clients
• Ensuring all operational activities are completed with SLAs within a robust control environment managing any risks.
• Pro-actively taking on additional responsibilities and administrational tasks as required by your managers or clients, including project work from initial scoping to delivery into the team.
• Support management by monitoring service delivery and performance of the team, identifying knowledge gaps or changes that will improve client satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
• Should be comfortable working with APAC Shift Timings (6:30 AM -3:30 PM)
• Work from Office-Hybrid Mode (3days from Office and 2 days from home)
