📌 Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage front office operations, including handling inquiries from students, parents, and visitors.
• Assist in student support, documentation, and administrative support.
• Coordinate student-related activities and maintain records.
• Ensure smooth communication between students, faculty, and administration.
• Handle calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.

✅ Requirements:

• Well-versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other administrative tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in front office administration/student affairs is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
