Supervisor/Cnc Lathe Operator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise CNC lathe operators to ensure efficient production and quality output.
  
• Read engineering drawings, create NC programs, and operate CNC lathes for turning operations.
  
• Perform mechanical maintenance tasks on CNC machines to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
  
• Plan processes for efficient production workflows using process planning techniques.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to machine operation, tooling, or material selection.
• Training will be given in accordance to the work.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in operating CNC lathes or similar machinery.
  
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, creating NC programs, and operating Siemens 828 D CNC machines.
  
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, mechanics, and mechanical skills.
