Hiring For Transport & Security Lead-Gurgaon Location

Role & responsibilities

Transportation Management:

• Develop and execute transportation strategies to optimize employee commuting and material logistics.
• Coordinate scheduling and routing for employee transport services, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Liaise with transport vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Monitor transportation metrics and employee feedback to enhance service efficiency and satisfaction.

Security Oversight:

• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect BPO operations, including access control and surveillance systems.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to enhance security readiness.
• Lead the development and delivery of security training programs for BPO staff.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of transport and security personnel, promoting a culture of safety and vigilance.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align on objectives, updates, and best practices.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages input and innovation from team members.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and company policies regarding transportation and security.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and security incidents.
• Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators to senior management.

Crisis Management:

• Develop and implement emergency response plans tailored to BPO operations.
• Act as the primary contact for incident response, coordinating with relevant stakeholders during crises.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, security management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in transportation and security management, preferably within a BPO or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics, employee transport services, and security protocols.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Certifications in transportation or security management (e.g., CTP, CPP).
• Experience with risk assessment and crisis management in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with technology and software used in BPO operations related to transportation and security
