Experience

• 8+ yrs experience in the Listed IT company.
• Handling Finance and Accounts operations
• Strong experience in Interface with various Govt. authorities e.g. RBI, Banks, Statutory & Internal Auditors, Corporate Income Tax, Advance Tax etc.
• In-depth knowledge of Direct Taxation, Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance standards, Handling Income Tax Assessment cases
• In-depth knowledge of Preparing Qtrly/Yrly Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements
• Preparing and analyzing Monthly Financial MIS
• Proficiency in at least one Financial ERP preferably Microsoft Business Central
• Good working Knowledge of Office 365

Key Responsibility Areas

• Experience in managing corporate governance of a listed company.
• Ensuring Financial Compliances and assist in preparing presentations and reports for shareholders, analysts, and potential investors.
• Help manage investor relations by providing updates on financial performance, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Interface with Govt. Departments (e.g., Income Tax, RBI, Statutory & Internal Auditors etc.)
• Preparation of monthly, Qtrly, Annual Financial Statements and MIS in accordance with Indian GAAP and IFRS, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Conduct Variance Analysis and basis the financial trends, provide actionable insight
• Taxation Management of company
• Statutory compliances e.g. timely filing of returns with the Income Tax Department, Authorized Dealers/Bank, RBI. NSE, Corporate Governance.
• Audit process coordination and management
