ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Executive Assistant, you will be a vital part of our operations team, ensuring seamless administrative support to our U.S. administrative team through document formatting and updating, updating and maintaining client and workflow databases and other tasks as needed on a day to day basis. Your proactive approach and ability to juggle multiple priorities will contribute to the efficient functioning of our operations. This role involves working in an office environment, requiring the individual to spend extended periods sitting at a desk using a computer and conducting administrative tasks
