Backend Developer - MERN

Aldebaran Media is a Performance Marketing Agency based out of Dwarka, New Delhi. It is hiring experienced developers for the Role of Full Stack Developer - Backend MERN. This will be a full-time job at our Dwarka, New Delhi office. (Work from Office)

Important Note:

• Immediate Joiners only (notice period of up to 10 days)
• Primary focus and experience on backend stack
• Preference will be given to candidates from Delhi region over Haryana or Uttar Pradesh (due to long-distance daily commute)

The candidate must possess the following mandatory programming skills

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience as MERN developer
• Ability to lead the developer team alongside core tasks

Further, additional programming skills are welcome namely:

• Vuejs
• Angular
• PHP / Laravel

Job Description

MERN Stack Developer responsibilities include building web apps and web services from

concept all the way to completion from the bottom up. You will be leading the developer team in addition to managing self responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Create scalable APIs using backend frameworks like Node.Js and Express.js
• Manage millions of daily requests in the most efficient way preferably through automation as well as ability to seamlessly integrate with multiple APIs without compromising on output buffer
• Manage Redis Cache to optimize data retrieval speed and reduce the load on the primary database
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Implement secure user authentication and authorization enhancing application security and user privacy across various projects
• Coordinate with our designers to create pixel perfect and responsive layouts.
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling web apps.
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
• Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS, SEO practices and Reactjs

Requirements

• Languages: Nodejs, react, Typescript, Javascript, ExpressJS, WebSocket, HTML/CSS etc
• Database: MongoDB, Redis, Performance Tuning, Caching Strategies
• DevOps: Postman, Cloud Infrastructure Automation, Load Distrubition Management
• Cloud & Web Technologies: DigitalOcean, Firebase, Nginx, CDN, DNS, Loading Balancing, TLS/SSL, Restful APIs
• Security & Cryptography: Symmetric and Asymmetric Encryption, Cryptographic Algorithm, Data Integrity, Hashing
• Familiarity with Javascript and its frameworks
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools, browser DOM understanding a bonus
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
