Senior BIM Modeler

Responsibilities:
Develop BIM models of structural systems based on architectural and engineering inputs.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams for accurate BIM execution.
Implement clash detection and resolution workflows.
Generate construction documentation, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.
Maintain BIM standards and templates within the organization.
Prepare visualization and presentation models to support project discussions.
Assist in the integration of computational design and automation tools.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD for structural modeling and drafting.
Experience with Navisworks, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Dynamo is a plus.
Knowledge of construction detailing and documentation is highly desirable.
