• Identifying new business: Find new business opportunities through networking events, business publications, and cold calling.
• Establishing relationships: Build and maintain customer relationships through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Obtaining job orders: Obtain new job orders for temporary, temporary to hire, and direct hire positions.
• Presenting job orders: Present new job order details to the recruiting team.
• Educating clients: Educate clients on services and obtain referrals.
• Setting goals: Work to set and achieve mutual goals with the agency.
• Communicating progress: Communicate the progress of initiatives to management.
