Role & responsibilities

Candidates must from CHP background

• Efficient management of Railway operations & commercial liasion activities and supervision duties.
• Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing Railway Logistics operations and implementing damage control measures to minimize damage during rake unloading.
• Collaborate with site O & M Team, L & S and Railway teams.
• Understanding of Bulk material/ Raw material Transportation & Railway Logistics Management.
• Proven experience in liaison with the Indian Railways (Divisions, Zones & HQ, Railway Board).
• Experience in Rake Placement operation & Waiver of demurrage management .
• Commercial Freight Management & Liaising for DC waiver and Claims if any.
• knowledge of railway regulations, policies, and procedures, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits, meetings, or conferences related to railway operations.
• Strategic & tactical planning Skill
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Communication skills

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate Should have background on Indian Railway commercial works related to thermal power station/ Steel plant/ Port/ Mines/ Cement plant.
• Knowledge of railway routes and division.
• Knowledge of Railway demurrage circular, demurrage payment related to all type of NBOX and BOBRN rakes. Commodity Coal.
• Experience to monitor movement of goods train.
• Should have basic knowledge of Microsoft excel, word, PPT etc.
