Plant Recruitment (within TAT)

Employee Engagement activities for the wing plants.

Responsible for Plant compliance & IR Developing employee career development paths with coordination with Plant & HR Head

Plant Training Calendar (Induction, Department wise, Health & Safety, Fire, 5S, Kaizen etc.). To monitor plant training effectiveness & improvement action, if required.

Develop/Update (time to time) R&R & KPIs for each position Plant Performance Management Monitor Plant development strategies.

PF, ESIC and other Plant Legal Compliance. To Make plant accident free Audit of Manpower (Approve vs actual), helping Audit Team (Corporate)

Knowledge of MS Power Point, MS Excel
