Job Description :

- Understanding of IT environments, risk, and assessment and auditing methodologies.

- Conduct assessments to evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of policies, standards, and control frameworks, to include coordinating with process owners and designated SMEs to collect, review, and present artifacts in support of application compliance with internal security policies and applicable laws and regulations.

- Experience in SOC2 Type 2 Assessment and ISO27001 preferred.

- Assist in identification of common theme problems and offer common theme solutions to ensure compliance with internal security policies.

- Support IT and Business teams in implementation of remediation that help achieve information security policy compliance.

- Assist in managing the automation initiatives to include coordination with different teams to lay down requirements documents, facilitate gathering data population and testing of designed solutions.

- Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is desirable.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and fluently with a diverse group

- Able to present information clearly, concisely, accurately and in a manner that promotes understanding, both in writing and verbally

- Ability and willingness to research unfamiliar information

- Listens and applies the priorities of the work in an appropriate manner to guide the team in the right direction.

- Assist in evolving team processes and driving continuous improvement by continuously seeking out and applying feedback.

- Flexibility to attain meetings in other country time zones (e.g. US, Europe)

- 7 years or more prior audit or compliance experience
