Hub Training Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage training programs for hub staff, focusing on soft skills development, product knowledge, and process training.
  
• Develop and deliver engaging training content to enhance customer service standards across all touchpoints.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design customized solutions.
  
• Conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to trainees.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to employee development initiatives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar field.
  
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation techniques.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
