Coordination : Working with carriers and service providers to facilitate the transfer and /or purchase of numbers across multiple countries and regions
Documentation : Ensuring that all necessary paperwork and authorizations are completed and submitted correctly not only for porting and purchasing but also for regulatory and number management updates.
Troubleshooting : Addressing any issues that arise during the porting process, such as discrepancies in account information.
Customer Communication : Keeping clients informed about the status of their porting requests and any potential delays. Answering requirements questions and providing relevant information during the porting or purchase process
General product Support: Answering basic questions and helping with basic setup for new onboarding customers.
What we are looking for:
Customer Service Orientation : Providing excellent support to clients and addressing their concerns or inquiries promptly. (experience in customer support is a plus)
