Role & responsibilities

Overall responsible for all types of breakdown for various machineries in sterile and non-sterile

area.

2. Responsible for all equipment preventive maintenance.

3. Responsible for all engineering services.

4. Responsible for utility operation and maintenance.

5. Responsible for new machine installation IQ, OQ, PQ with required service qualification.

6. Responsible for project planning and execution.

7. Responsible to maintain preventive maintenance records of the machineries.

8. Responsible for electrical/mechanical works & utilities or plant.

9. Responsible for putting the requirement of required spares and rectification of breakdown

machineries for sterile and non-sterile area.

10. Responsible for maintaining all history card of sterile and non-sterile area.

11. Responsible for any other work assign by Head Engineering.

12. Responsibility for all audit related compliance for sterile and non-sterile area.

13. Responsible for ensure compliance of engineering SOPs and other SOP as per quality system.

14 Responsibility for maintain documents as per cGMP & GDP.
