We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Development Engineer III with deep expertise in React.js and frontend development to take on a dual role as a hands-on developer and acting team lead. Key Responsibilities :

- Leadership & Mentorship : Act as the go-to technical leader for the frontend team, mentoring junior developers and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

- Architecture & Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable frontend applications using React.js, ensuring optimal performance and usability.

- Collaboration : Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into seamless, user-centric solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Expertise :
