Senior Executive - Group Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve the group revenue targets as assigned.
Conduct individual performance reviews and ensure quality checks for case handling, ensuring no escalations.
Act as the liaison between the Sales Team and other departments within IndiGo for all group travel-related matters.
Maintain the required turnaround time (TAT) for processing all quotes and inquiries.
Execute any other duties or tasks as assigned from time to time by the management.

Qualifications Experience:
Education Qualification: Any Graduate
Industry Preference: Candidates from the Travel or Airline industry.
Years of Experience: 1-3 years of experience
Nature of Experience: Prior experience in ticketing, reservations, or an airline background is preferred.
Desired Skills:
Proficiency in Flight Speed, Mini Soft, and MS Office tools is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge and experience in reservations or airline processes.
Effective communication and coordination skills to work across teams seamlessly
