Legal Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage legal documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  
• Draft and review legal documents such as lease deeds, licenses, MOUs, notices, representations to government authorities.
  
• Provide expert advice on company law compliance to management.
  
• Coordinate with external advocates for litigation support when required.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of laws governing business operations in India.
  
• Excellent drafting skills for preparing complex legal documents accurately.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
