Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for Managing Ll Service Desk Team (includes Shift Leads, 1.5 and Ll Team)
• Ensure Defined KPI in terms of SLA is achieved
• Service delivery managers oversee employees in different stages of the delivery process
• Assessing customer feedback and improving procedures
• Ensure pending ticket review is performed by Team and Achieve minimum pending tickets
• Perform Ticket Analysis and Identify Top Ticket Generator
• Review Service Delivery Weekly with Client
• Manage the Team size of 150+ Resources
• Manage various Stakeholders
• participate in Critical Incident Management calls and Drive
• Should have 8+ Years of Experience in Managing Teams
• Customer Review with MIS Analysis
• Manage attrition, Training & Development, Resource Recruitment
• Team performance review
