Job Summary:

The IT Product Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive the sales and revenue growth of IT product, Mobiles & Laptop. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and strong knowledge of IT solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure the team meets its sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide necessary coaching and training.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
• Sales Strategy & Execution:
  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote IT products.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Client Relationship Management:
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with clients to understand their IT needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Product Knowledge & Sales Support:
  
• Stay updated on IT product offerings and technological advancements.
• Provide guidance and support to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to ensure accurate product positioning.
