Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Desktop Engineer at Kolkata location as a Field Desktop Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, installing software, and ensuring the smooth operation of operating systems. This is a Field job.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting desktop computers and providing technical support
• Knowledge of operating systems and software installation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
