General IDT Compliance and advisory works and drafting/ vetting of the various documents
Advising on IDT law based legal and compliance issues relating to requirements
Drafting of memo, notice replies and preparing the back-up workings
Work as a team on IDT due diligences and handle due diligence exercise.
Review of transaction documents and tax compliance data as well as filings
Working knowledge of IDT law especialle GST and track developments in IDT law.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

A post graduate degree, preferably CA

Experience

Prior experience/insight into GST and Customs, as also the erstwhile Indirect taxation viz. Sales Tax/ Service Tax/Central Excise is desirable.
