Position:

• Purchase Executive

Qualification:

• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or relevant specialization or any Degree.

Experience :

• 2-4 years of experience in Purchase Management or related field
  

Key skills and Required Abilities :

• Identifying New Suppliers.
• Review and Acceptance of MPR from Each Department.
• Request for quotations from various suppliers.
• Coordination with the internal departments for their purchase requirement.
• Supplier Evaluation and Vendor Registration.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Plan for open POs for regular requirement or Consumables.
• Visiting Supplier places often.
• Negotiation with Supplier and preparing Comparison sheet.
• Good Knowledge on MS office and Excel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase activities, including planning, execution, and vendor management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Analyze market trends to optimize pricing strategies and improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of SAP systems for managing purchase orders and quotations.
• Excellent negotiation skills for price negotiations with suppliers.
