Job Description
- Manage and maintain company hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
- Administer and troubleshoot firewalls, network switches, and local networks to ensure optimal connectivity and security.
- Oversee and manage Office 365 services, including email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Provide technical support to employees, resolve IT tickets, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance, conduct routine maintenance, and implement upgrades as needed.
- Ensure network security by configuring firewalls and monitoring for potential threats.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
- Collaborate with vendors for IT procurement and service management.
- Train employees on IT best practices and security guidelines.
- Strong expertise in firewall management, network switches, and local network troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Office 365 administration (Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience with IT support and ticket resolution systems.
- Knowledge of network security protocols and cybersecurity best practices.
- Familiarity with hardware maintenance, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills for user support and technical guidance.
- Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant industry experience is required.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft 365 Certified, CompTIA Network+).
